UPDATE...12 September 2009 A second gigs has been arranged. Loyalty now play at The Dolphin in Worthing on Saturday 31 October and at the Leopard in Doncaster on Saturday 7 November
UPDATE...1 August 2009 After three great rehearsals with new drummer Ian, Loyalty are ready to play live again. The first booking for the new line-up is at The Leopard in Doncaster on Saturday 7 November with Pressure 28, The London Diehards, Snarling Old Dogs (ex Boisterous), and Citizen Keyne We are hoping to get another gig before then, maybe in September or October UPDATE...3 March 2009 IAN RETALIATOR Loyalty are pleased to announce another addition to the band. Ian Retaliator has agreed to join the band's managment team as 'Director of Oi'. He will use his many years of experience in the Oi scene to help advise and promote the band as much as possible. We now have a very strong team of five, with two additional members to compliment the three in the band itself. Thanks for your continued support. Oi will never die! UPDATE...13 October 2008 WELCOME IAN Ian is the new Loyalty drummer. In his own words "I have been a drummer for many years, and I live just in a small town near Bolton. I have played in various bands, mostly punk and oi ! and have started my own music promotion company, CYJ Promotions". This will again be released on our own 'Loyal Records' label. Once the CD is finished we will be looking to play some gigs again. AND WELCOME JON We are also pleased to welcome on board Jon, a good mate of the band who will be putting his skills to good use by helping out with the website, recording, and other technical stuff. Loyalty have long needed someone on the technical side so it's great to have Jon involved. UPDATE...4 October 2008 NEW DRUMMER We are sorry to report that Andy has resigned from the band. Due to his many other commitments he is no longer able to find the time, but he leaves with our thanks and best wishes. His quality drumming on the 'Take No Prisoners' CD really helped the band move up a level. He also played with the band at two excellent gigs in Spain and Italy. We have also decided to release Rich so will now proceed with just the one drummer for the forseeable future. We have already made a very good appointment and the new drummer will be announced on this website shortly. UPDATE...1 August 2008 NEW ITEMS OF MERCHANDISEWe now have copies of the Never Say Die compilation CD, Loyalty 1999 iron on patches, and a few copies of Retaliator's 7" 2002 single 'Patriotic Alcoholics' which featured Steve Loyalty on rhythm guitar. UPDATE ..12 May 2008 NO MORE INTERVIEWS Loyalty will not be doing anymore interviews in the near future.We respect all fanzines and websites and appreciate all the good work that they do for the scene, but after completing a dozen or more interviews since the band reformed two years ago we feel that there is nothing more to be said at this stage, and we need to free up some time to take the band forward again. Released in 2000 this has 25 songs by various bands, including 2 from Loyalty's first demo 'The Fight Back' and 'Half Truths Lies and Bullshit' We continue to climb the charts in Australia. Click Here UPDATE...20 June 2007 News from the Commonwealth Loyalty's popularity in Australia continues to soar. 'Take No Prisoners' has risen to number 4 in the latest Deadset Music chart. The 'Take No Prisoners' CD is also now available to buy from Rock 'N' Oi in Canada. UPDATE...31 May 2007 Oi! Fuck You ! The new British Oi complation 'Oi Fuck You!' has now been released. Loyalty have no more gigs scheduled at present but keep checking this website UPDATE...5 April 2007 Just to confirm that Loyalty are still playing this Saturday's Brittany Oi festival (Saturday 7 April, Boqueho) The band are in good form and set out for the continent tomorrow. Hopefully they won't stray into Iranian waters on the way. Australian mail order company Deadset Music lists 'Take No Prisoners' as it's 6th best selling release. Check out their website at www.deadsetmusic.net UPDATE...6 December 2006 Loyalty made a dramatic return to the live scene with excellent gigs in Spain on 18 November and Italy on 2 December. Full reports and pictures to follow. British supporters rest assured, our next gig will definitely be in this country. Nothing is confirmed yet but we do have offers on the table for early next year. UPDATE...25 October 2006 First gig confirmed Loyalty's long awaited comeback gig is confirmed for Spain on Saturday 18 November. UPDATE....29 May 2006 LOYALTY ARE BACK ! After a three year absence, British Oi band Loyalty have returned. Founder member Steve is once again on vocals and bass with three new members. Click here for further info on the new line-up TAKE NO PRISONERS ! The new line-up has already recorded 6 new songs for a forthcoming cd ‘Take No Prisoners’. Loyalty will be releasing this on their own label ‘Loyal Records’. It will initially be available for sale only via this website. Everything has been submitted to the manufacturer and we are aiming for a release date in late June or early July GERMANY 2006 After the success of their song 'England 5 Germany 1' during Japan 2002, Loyalty have recorded a new song for Germany 2006 called ‘Treading the Path’. COMPILATION Whilst in the studio Loyalty recorded a 7th song ‘The Tonbridge Robbers’ which is due to appear on a British Oi compilation later in the year. Following the recording of the new cd, Loyalty’s next objective is to rehearse a full live set with both new drummers ready for gigs from around July/August onwards.
